Additional ingredients needed:

1 lb hamburger

1 14oz can diced tomatoes

1 ½ c water

Brown hamburger, drain fat, add package contents, tomatoes, and water. Follow the method below:

Stove Top

In a skillet with a lid, bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 20 – 30 min, stirring frequently.

Slow Cooker

Cook on low for 2- 4 hours.

Instant Pot

Set to manual, cook for 20 min. When finished, manually release pressure.
